Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Free from damage stains or alterations
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return approval.
To initiate a return please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed our team will provide further return instructions.
Non Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for returns including:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through improper use
- Products returned without prior approval
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons some accessories may also be excluded from returns.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non refundable unless the item received was damaged defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution which may include a replacement store credit or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged defective or incorrect item sent by AMARY.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as AMARY is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within a limited time after placement before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period please first check with your bank or payment provider as refund posting times may vary.
